As Senior Vice President, Martha Stachitas (sta-KITE-iss) studies clients’ business needs and culture, then identifies potential candidates and works with Kathy Fehling and the research staff to determine the best fit. She values the opportunity to help bring medical advances to the marketplace by identifying skilled and visionary leaders for KFA’s clients and relishes the chance to learn more about new devices and technologies with each assignment.
Martha has spent a career building organizations in both the private and nonprofit sectors. A Pennsylvania native, she served for eight years as Senior Vice President for Executive Search at Barnes & Roche, Inc., a national fundraising and resource management consulting firm headquartered near Philadelphia. In that position, she directed sales, service and administration of the company’s executive search practice, which identified senior professionals for the healthcare, education, cultural and conservation sectors.
In the nonprofit world, Martha has held progressive executive positions in development, athletic administration, and public and alumni relations. She served her alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the Springside School and Duke University Medical Center. Immediately prior to joining KFA in 2004, Martha was Director of Development for the Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida (UNF).
Martha resides with her husband in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where they enjoy golf, music and travel.
