As founder and president of KFA Search, she and her team successfully placed hundreds of senior executives in public and private companies, including start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, to the benefit of all concerned.
Prior to founding KFA Search in 2003, Kathy amassed 20 years of progressive operating experience, including service as COO and CMO of a subsidiary of PSS World Medical, a Fortune 500 Company, which grew during her time there from $75 million to $750 million while completing 46 acquisitions. She also spent several successful years with Picker International and American Hospital Supply.
Kathy has served as a speaker and author on board selection for Women Business Leaders in the U.S. Healthcare Industry Foundation (WBL). She is an active member of Rotary International and the Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital Dream Coat Society as well as a former member of the boards of the American Lung Association (ALA) and the MaliVai Washington Kids Foundation. A proud Spartan, Kathy graduated from Michigan State University in 1981 with a pre-medical degree as one of the Top 25 Outstanding Seniors.
