Anna joined KFA in 2014 following an early career in human resources and health care recruiting. After gaining human resources expertise as an Employee Relations Manager for a print advertising firm, she transitioned to a recruiting role for Presbyterian Healthcare Services, the largest healthcare provider in New Mexico.
As a Researcher for KFA, Anna is responsible for client- and candidate-specific research that is integral to the firm’s multi-phased executive search process. Her duties include deploying research techniques and extracting information from industry-related publications, as well as assembling, tracking and inputting data. Collateral responsibilities consist of client document preparation, candidate scheduling, and completing travel itineraries. Anna leverages her human resources experience as KFA’s resident expert in matters of compensation and benefits packages, employment law, background verification, and the hiring process.
A native of Columbus, Indiana, Anna earned her Bachelor of Science in General Management from Ball State University. She gained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. Anna is a member of the SHRM and Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association. Anna resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband.
